| I love my necklace! My son gave it to me for my b-day and I get lots of compliments!! I couldn’t help but notice some of the reviews about the M having 3 humps. That's silly, it obviously written in cursive. |

| the pendant doesn't say mom....this designer needs to learn how to make an M.
People made fun on my necklace asking what does it say and then they said that they hope i got it at a special price since it has a typo. all around it.
It is very pretty though, I just wished it said mom. |

| I think this is a nice product but when I got it, it was a lot bigger than I imagined. It is way too big for me. I called customer service and everyone was so nice, I am returning the product because I know I will never wear it. I will however, buy other things from INSPIRED SILVER because from start to finish you all have been fabulous! |

| 1st off your ordering process was a snap. I was really impressed with that.
Now for the pendent I'm not 100% sure that I like it for the person I had purchased it for. She just had the baby so when I see Makayo I want to give her something and I don't know if she is going to like it either.
If by chance I need to return this product (I'm think I will be)what is the procedure of doing that. It has NOT been worn and still in the original box and sleeve it came in. |

The necklace is nice, but MUCH larger than I anticipated, and quite honestly too big for my taste. | Gave this as a gift - my sister loved it! Ordered it for Mother's Day. Site said the item was available and in stock. I paid extra for 2 day shipping to make sure I'd have it in time for Mother's Day. The day I was expecting to receive the item...just a few days before Mother's Day...I received a phone call from Insipired Silver saying it was out of stock and would not be in for a few weeks. Would have liked the site to say it was out of stock when I placed the order or for them to notify me sooner than the day I was expecting it. Not sure I would order from this site again. |
