| The necklace is very nice. I only wish that we could order the chains in different lenths. I would have preferred an 18 inch with the extension provided on the chain. Many of my friends complain about needing to buy special lenth chains because a 16 inch chain is for a young woman; certainly not a grandma.
You would certainly be the first company (that I am aware of) to offer different length chains to their customers.
So after all of that, I needed to get that chain off and throw it away and then find one of my own.
My stepdaughter wanted me to have this for my grandchild's first birthday. After everything mentioned above, I've lowered my rating from a 4 to a 3.
I might order from your company again, but probably not a necklace.
Maybe you could look into my suggestion as well as having longer lengths for watches, bracelets and ankle bracelets. If that were the case, I would recommend you to some of my friends.

| Big, Bold,Sparkly and Beautiful! Just what I was looking for to show everyone I was a "Nana". I had to wait a while because it was out of stock but it was worth it. I even got a personal phone call saying when it would be in stock. Now what company does that? Not many. I didn't think the chain was flimsy. The necklace was placed in a nice black velvety pouch with cleaning cloth. I also recieved a Sterling Silver pair of clear studs for my inconvience of waiting for the necklace. This company is Number 1 in my book. Thank you for a great product! |

| Right after I ordered this, I saw a circle of diamonds very similar from Tiffany's for $3500. The chain was attached from two places instead of one, and I liked that look better. I took the necklace to my jeweler and he used two small rings around the outside top "n"s to achieve this look. I feel like I have a nana necklace from Tiffany's! |

| I carried the ad I found for this around in my purse until it became tattered. My husband tried to order it for Christmas for me but it was not available. I kept checking and checking and FINALLY it was available and I ordered it right away. I have three beautiful grandchildren and I love to advertize that I am their Nana.
