| I got this ring for my boyfriend at the time, now husband. I got it as a promise to him. And he loved the ring. The black looks great, but chips off quickly. However even with the black gone, it is still an appealing ring. And my husband still wears it on the right hand. |

| This is a great ring- for about the first two months. The gold does not tarnish or stain, but it does tend to accumulate gunk that needs to be cleaned regularly. The biggest problem was that the black enamel flakes off if you spend much time wearing it and exposes the steel underneath. Not horrible looking, but eventually you can't rotate to a non-chipped spot and need to just spend an evening either carefully applying new enamel or chipping all of the black off with a needle and a little hammer.
